- Support the field sales team, sales managers, and Directors with all clinical educational needs and training.
- Execute successful trials and implementations within the acute care setting.
- Provide didactic/classroom style training in addition to “live” bedside coaching for key product portfolios.
- Lead customer assistance with developing policies and protocols utilizing key clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Thoroughly understand and demonstrate effective use of all approved clinical data/studies.
- Maintain clinical expertise on industry practices and trends to assist customers, internal stakeholders, and sales team.
- Work collaboratively with global sales training and marketing, to help create training programs for customers and the sales team.
- Lead implementations of enteral feeding education programs and curriculum.
- Identification, development, and management of Enteral Feeding key opinion leaders.
- Support clinicians and facilities that may engage in developing poster, abstracts, or journal offerings.
- Collaborate with the Directors in the selection process, certification, and collaborative management of per diem clinical support personal as needed.
- Maintain the utmost level of professionalism in hospital accounts both in appearance and written/verbal communication.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Practice accountability and communicate effectively.
- Conduct annual competency check offs for the sales team and all new hires for didactics, bedside coaching and live demonstrations.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in acute care setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) and or Registered Dietician (RD) licenses requirement.
- Knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Evidence of professional credentials and development.
- Demonstrates high impact communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive travel required, maximum 75%; 50% overnights.
- Previous experience working with a medical device company in a clinical role is preferred.
