Job Summary
The Clinical Operations team at Crossover Health is responsible for the design and deployment of new clinics and associated services across our national footprint. In this exciting role as a Senior Clinical Operations Specialist, you will help us maintain operating efficiency and ensure that all clinics have appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the clinical organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of new clinics to ensure they are executed on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with the project management team during weekly meetings, new project kickoffs, implementation, post implementation management.
- Coordinate duties related to working on-site to set-up new clinics, initiating vendor services, managing launch schedules and performing other duties as assigned.
- Plan and facilitate Crossover University, provide staff training, launch support, and transition to the medical group.
- Manage projects related to new products and services being deployed at a new site.
- Manage the workload of and coordinate the activities of other Clin Ops Specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Four year degree from an accredited college or university
- 3 – 5 years of employment in a related position preferably in clinical settings or 2-3 year of service in a Crossover clinic
- Must be able to travel between 70% – 100% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized with experience in managing and prioritizing projects, both big and small, to completion with high attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac OS (Pages, KeyNote, and Numbers) and Google office products
Physical Job Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile and lift up to 25 lbs
- The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers
The base pay range for this position is $110,465.00 to $143,605 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
