Job Overview:
Join our team as a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM). As a contractor, you will play a vital role in managing chronic patient caseloads and delivering high-quality care over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a weekly patient caseload and ensure timely completion of charts
- Provide exceptional phone-side care, building rapport and trust with patients
- Accurately document patient interactions and follow established SOPs
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Compact (multi-state) US RN license
- Experience in RPM, CCM, or similar fields is a plus
- Must have or obtain Professional Liability Insurance
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using healthcare technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positivity in all patient interactions
- A dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed, reliable internet
- Reliable, up-to-date computer or laptop with a headset
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $8.50 per completed chart (approximately 20 minutes per chart)
