Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders; some email providers may filter it there or block it entirely. In some cases, if you have opted into one of our free offers and not CONFIRMED you want to receive emails from us, our email system will not deliver any subsequent emails until you confirm you wish to receive them. A few quick reminders:

• You can access everything using the menu at the top of this page (if you haven’t purchased the Premium or Job Board Membership Plan, you’ll get a log in screen) or by clicking the button above to go straight to your dashboard. From your dashboard, you can access the HEDIS course by clicking on ‘Courses‘.

• If you have questions about the course, please send us an email or you can post questions in the Circle community (you must create an additional account for Circle and join using the HEDIS Circle community link on your account dashboard).
• If you purchased additional PDF Guides, they are accessible from the Subscriptions Tab on your Account Dashboard.

• Be sure to add [email protected] to your email contacts to help prevent job alerts or account messages from going to spam.

• If you aren’t seeing emails from us in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folders. If they still aren’t there, send us an email and we’ll try to help, but sometimes it’s the email provider that is blocking them, especially from providers like Comcast, Verizon, iCloud, etc.
