Welcome!
Remote Nurse Connection is here to change the way nurses like you find remote work. Because searching for a new job shouldn’t feel like adding another full-time job to your schedule when you’re already burned out.
I know how challenging it can be to balance work and family life, especially for nurses who are parents, caregivers, and travelers. I was a critical care travel nurse for years before making the switch to remote nursing. It’s been a game-changer for me!
When I started looking specifically for HEDIS nurse abstraction jobs that offered greater flexibility, I noticed major gaps in available information about these roles and other remote nursing positions. There were also very few resources on how to get hired.
After successfully landing the *perfect* job for my needs, it became my calling to connect the dots for others who needed help finding balance during a specific season of their life.
Remote Nurse Connection was created to give you the opportunities, mindset, tools, and community you need to achieve the work/life balance you deserve.
Take a look at all that’s offered here and know that I’m rooting for your success!
Cheers,
Andrea

The secret to writing a stronger Utilization Review resume - even without UR experience - is this ⤵️
✔ Most nurses apply to UR roles without fully understanding what the job actually involves
✔ This course walks you through how MCG guidelines are used in real workflows so you can finally understand the role, connect it to your bedside experience, and write a resume that actually speaks to it
✔ It’s the only course that gives independent access to MCG training and makes you eligible to sit for the MCG Health certification exam! This helps you get around the whole “you need experience to get hired” loop
✔Approved for 4 CNE by the Florida Board of Nursing and 5 CNE through MCG Health - for a total of 9 continuing education hours!

Have you been thinking about going remote but wondering if you need a certification to get there?
If so, you’ve probably asked yourself:

→ Do I even need one to land an entry-level job, or will it just be a waste of time and money?
Comment BLOG15 below, and I’ll send you the link to my latest blog post that breaks it all down, including which certifications are worth considering, when they actually help, and how to know if they align with your remote career goals.
