Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating education for all clinical computer applications, software programs and online documentation processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of network systems
  • Three years of related clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience organizing, developing and delivering training for all levels of staff including physicians
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with Allscripts (Eclipsis) Sunrise Clinical applications
  • Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
  • Experience with Epic
