Job Description

Clinical Improvement Delivery Consultant – National Travel

Impact staff knowledge and improve client outcomes in the areas of adoption and optimization of monitoring solutions at numerous Philips customer sites. As a Clinical Improvement Delivery Consultant with Philips Healthcare, no two days are the same. One day you may be delivering a custom-made educational program at a major teaching hospital, the next you could be working with a customer to identify gaps in current processes and opportunities for improvement.

Your role:

  • Serve as a clinical resource to Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customers nationally. Understand customer’s goals for their Philips solution; develop plans to support solution implementation and use from a clinical perspective.
  • Manage the clinical aspects of an implementation including assessing workflows, creating education plans, determining customer needs, supporting and encouraging ongoing adoption of change, and optimizing use of Clinical Professional Services (CPS) solutions/services. Focus on the clinical and educational needs of patient monitoring customers in various hospital environments.
  • Work closely with the Philips team of Thought Leaders, sales, marketing and clinical specialists during multiple phases of the implementation processes. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enable the success of the team/
  • Understand clinical implications of technical implementations including networks and clinical informatics systems
  • Deliver clinical services to customers that are consultative, advanced, and focused on workflows and clinical optimization.

You’re the right fit it:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN); current nursing licensure.
  • You’ve acquired 5+ years in depth knowledge of the critical care environment.
  • Your skills include clinical teaching/in-servicing experience, exceptional communication and presentations skills, project management experience, and a high level of comfort with technology and nursing informatics concepts.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time nationally. Must reside within 1 hour of a major airport.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive 1-4 hours per day on average.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $80,500 to $144,900.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
