GI Alliance is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant LVN/RN.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purpose:
Administrative Assistant LVN/RN support the expansion and enhancement of our Chronic Care Management (CCM) program as well as our data analysis initiative focused on tracking patient outcomes. The CCM enhancement role will involve assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating program activities, and ensuring the quality of care provided to patients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in contributing to the growth and success of the CCM program.
For the data initiative roll-out, this role will involve organizing, maintaining, and managing communication with GI offices that are adopting this initiative into their practice. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with data, and proactive in supporting the analysis process to improve patient care.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Program Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations with goals in mind to improve program workflow, communication and quality. Assist in tracking program milestones and maintaining accurate records. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the data initiative.
- Data Management: Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of patient data to monitor the success of the CCM program and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and organize patient outcome data across various tracking systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Data Liaison and team, plus other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and service to patients.
- Quality Improvement: Help identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes, streamline processes, and enhance the overall quality of the CCM program.
- This role will collaborate closely with our CCM vendor’s clinical team to enhance quality and drive improvements in care delivery.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Other duties as directed or assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further business education preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as an executive assistant, experience in a health care organization is preferred.
