The Clinical Navigation Manager will oversee and lead the day-to-day efforts of our Clinical Navigation clinicians. The Manager will play a key role in helping clinicians achieve individual and team-level goals, with a focus on delivering the right care at the right time, resulting in high-quality outcomes for our members.
This individual will be a central point of contact and key collaborator as new operational workflows, services, and expectations are implemented throughout our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Actively track and manage performance for all clinicians under your leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality care delivery
- Manage team members to meet performance metrics, including volumes, customer commitments, service line agreements, and performance guarantees
- Collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Excellence (CE) teams to promote the highest level of care and service excellence
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (TAO) to develop formal remediation plans when necessary
- Support the growth and development of individual clinicians, helping them achieve their professional goals
- Serve as a bridge between clinical leadership and clinicians to implement workflow changes and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate team vision, updates on organizational processes, and champion changes that impact the navigation team
- Represent the team in cross-functional collaborations and partner with service line leaders to enhance workflows
- Ensure that clinical navigation services are in alignment with the organization’s values and objectives
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, trust, and a sense of belonging.

Qualifications
- Active Medical NP/PA license and board certification, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- 5+ years of clinical experience required
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and team-building skills
- Ability to work efficiently, be detail-oriented, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive and respectful approach
- Proven experience leading teams or initiatives with measurable results
- Proficiency in technology and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to manage change and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving organization
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $118,640 – $167,270 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $136,436 – $192,720 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $148,300 – $209,480 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $154,232 – $217,850 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health’s commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone’s unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
