- Collaborate on specialist selection using Teladoc’s database.
- Review cases daily for timely expert deliverables.
- Ensure quality and thorough documentation of deliverables and case documentation.
- Escalate case and quality concerns to leadership.
- Facilitate case movement through the expert stage.
- Maintain system accuracy for expert information.
- Identify, research, engage, and onboard new experts.
- Manage expert relationships and maintain documentation.
- Ensure timely support for expert inquiries.
- Manage expert relationships and communications; support maintenance of physician contracts, W9, and other relevant documentation or research.
- Support physicians contributing to US and global expert medical opinion cases, including providing case management system support.
- Deliver feedback to experts regarding performance levels and quality.
- Support additional projects as needed
- Active U.S. Nurse License (R.N.)
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in the acute care setting
- BSN Preferred
- Strong communication skills including verbal and non-verbal channels; telephone, email, and chat
- Exemplifies professional interpersonal skills with physicians and colleagues in varying global geographies
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong critical and clinical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Med-surg background preferred
- Bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus
- Proficiency using technology and software
- Able to work a flexible schedule with infrequent evening or weekend commitments as needed
