In this role, you will serve as the technical and clinical expert, helping healthcare institutions implement and optimize our cutting-edge nursing simulation software. You will work closely with clients pre and post sale, providing support and training to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our product to enhance nursing education and patient outcomes.


Location: United States (Remote) – Central Time Zone near major airports is preferred, but not required.


Responsibilities

   

  • Provide pre-sales practical use case and technical expertise and post-sales customer best practices, helping clients customize and integrate our simulation software into their curriculum
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assess client needs, demonstrate our software’s capabilities, and present tailored solutions that align with educational and clinical goals.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the software’s benefits in improving nursing education through simulation.
  • Ensure satisfaction and retention by working with customers to implement the VR modality effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous improvement of our software.
  • Serve as the primary industry / technical resource for the sales and customer success teams, providing timely, detailed responses to client questions and helping navigate technical and clinical aspects during the sales process and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nursing educators, administrators, and IT departments, to ensure they fully understand the software’s potential and value.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in healthcare education, nursing simulation, and technology to ensure that our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in refining messaging and presentations to align with evolving client needs and market trends.
  • Attend conferences to showcase UbiSim and evangelize VR for nurse training


Competencies

   

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degree Required
  • Strong background in nursing education or clinical instruction, particularly in simulation or technology-enhanced learning environments.
  • Passionate about excellence in healthcare simulation and education
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or clinical consulting
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization
  • Ability to travel to conferences and to customers. Travel is seasonal and individual opportunity related, estimating 1-2 trips per month on average.
  • Familiarity with educational theories related to simulation-based learning and the competency-based education learning model
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory and accreditation frameworks within the nursing space
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, self-directed, and detail oriented with a customer-first mindset
