Compensation Details
- Hourly Rate: $24–$25 per hour
- Contract-to-Hire Target Salary Range: $27–$29 per hour
Position Details
- Certification Requirement: Licensed Practical Nurse in the State that you live
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and telehealth appointments
- Initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming appointments
- Enter patient data into electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Conduct phone-based assessments with patients
Required Software Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with eCW (preferred)
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
Interview Process
- Conducted via video using Microsoft Teams
