Location: Remote (Washington State Applicants Only)
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $90-100 per Patient
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, medication management, and follow-up care via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Provide virtual counseling, therapy, and mental health support as appropriate for patients.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, counselors, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and regulations.
- Stay current with the latest clinical practices, medication protocols, and mental health treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current (PMHNP) licensure and DEA in Washington State Preferred, may consider another state.
- Previous experience in primary care, medication management, and/or mental health counseling (preferred).
- Comfort with and ability to conduct telehealth visits effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Must be located in Washington State.
