HEDIS Network Analyst

Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role:

Medix is seeking a HEDIS Network Analyst to join our mission-driven team. This role plays a vital part in helping us surpass Quality benchmarks and improve health outcomes across our provider network. As a cross-functional collaborator, you’ll analyze data, identify performance gaps among providers, and support the design and rollout of interventions that drive improvement in key HEDIS measures—including Initiation and Engagement of Alcohol or Other Dependence Treatment (IET) and Follow-Up after Hospitalization for Mental Illness (FUH).


What You’ll Do:

  • 📊 Analyze & Track Performance:
  • Monitor weekly trends in IET and FUH performance data
  • Identify underperforming providers and root causes of low metrics
  • Partner with BI, Clinical, and Quality teams to build reliable, actionable datasets
  • 🤝 Engage and Empower Providers:
  • Meet with providers to review performance and discuss improvement plans
  • Share best practices from high-performing providers
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports for provider consumption
  • 🎯 Drive Quality Improvement:
  • Collaborate across departments to implement targeted interventions
  • Build education and training resources tailored to different provider audiences
  • Organize webinars and trainings to enhance provider understanding of HEDIS measures


What You’ll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • âś… Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • âś… 5 years of experience in community-based health or managed care
  • âś… Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • âś… Comfortable working cross-functionally and externally with providers


Nice-to-Have:

  • 🎓 Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business
  • đź’Ľ Experience leading network improvement projects or population health initiatives in a health plan setting


Soft Skills:

  • 🌟 Team player with a self-starter mentality
  • 🔄 Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • 📞 Strong communicator, both written and verbal


Working Conditions:

  • 🏠 Remote role (within New England states)
  • ⏰ Standard hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • 👥 Not member-facing
