Position Summary

This position will be responsible for the planning and preparation of a variety of projects by organizing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting scientific and clinical data

Responsibilities

  • Research, initiate, and develop scientific communications documents that are technically accurate, clinically relevant, meet intended objectives, compliant, and are of the highest quality, reflecting the standards of Fingerpaint Medical
  • Assist in the development and planning of advisory boards and other scientific meetings
  • Execute assigned projects working closely with various team members and following internal processes to ensure timely delivery of documents at each phase of development
  • Provide scientific expertise and guidance to, as well as support needs of, internal stakeholders, including account management, project, creative, and editorial teams
  • Learn to navigate the medical/regulatory/legal process, participating on review calls, interpreting comments, and incorporating changes as appropriate
  • Participate on select faculty and client calls, demonstrating strong understanding of the product and relevant therapeutic area, and presentation of content as needed

Types of projects include but are not limited to the following:

  • Meeting materials, such as objectives, agendas, discussion guides, and slide decks
  • Slide presentations and accompanying notes
  • White papers and research reports
  • Executive summaries and meeting reports
  • Newsletters
  • Web-based programming

  • PhD, PharmD, MD, or advanced nursing degree
