Description
The RN Care Manager (Medication Refills) is responsible for processing medication refill requests on behalf of Coulee Medical Center’s healthcare providers, following established protocols and ensuring accuracy and patient safety. This position’s duties include verifying patient information, assessing the need for the refill, checking for drug interactions, ensuring compliance with a provider's orders, and coordinating with pharmacies. Remote schedule options available! The RN Care Manager includes a remote/hybrid schedule, with expectations of being onsite at Coulee Medical Center twice weekly. Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Current RN license to practice in Washington State, current BLS certification. Willing to complete additional certifications as requested
BONUS DETAILS – SIGN-ON & RETENTION:
- $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)
- $2,000 1-year Retention Bonus
- $2,000 2-year Retention Bonus
*Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign-on and/or retention bonuses

Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
