These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.

Position Summary

As part of the Professional Services, Solution Services team, the Software Implementation Consultant, will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement leading practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will be diligent, customer focused, agile, transparent and a strong communicator. This individual will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor, guiding them on recommended business practices and use of the solution, that will drive value and impact for their business. The successful candidate will lead an in-depth analysis of the customers’ desired business process, operations and practices and lead the configuration and setup. Working as part of a high performance, cross collaborative team you will be an integral driver of customer value and solution adoption.  The applicant should expect up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings.

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $84,000 – $91,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
