· Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
· Full-time coverage.
Role Details
· Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7a–7p (168 hours per month)
· Employment Type: Full-time W2
· Compensation: $125,000 annual guaranteed salary
· RVU Productivity: Uncapped, base + $10 per wRVU (Level 3 – 2 RVUs, Level 2 – 1.39 RVUs, Level 1 – 0.76 RVUs)

Licensure:
· Must hold active NY license and DEA
· Open to additional state licensing within assigned pod
