We’re looking for a dedicated and driven full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our mission of delivering exceptional sleep care. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the clinical team—screening, diagnosing, and treating patients struggling with sleep issues. We’re seeking someone who’s not only skilled, but deeply committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each patient’s health and well-being through clinical excellence. Rise to the challenge

  • Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
  • Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
  • Applying appropriate billing procedures
  • Participating in quality control and improvement activities
  • Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions

 

Our Dream Health Candidate Has:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month. 

Note: Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required
  • An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)
  • Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Strong communication is key for interacting with patients, providers, and internal teams. Your ability to clearly relay complex medical information and accurately convey patient feedback is crucial.
  • Proactive, Innovative and Tech-Friendly – We seek a proactive, innovative thinker. You will identify areas for improvement, contributing to service enhancements.
  • Critical Thinking Skills – Always challenge the status quo. We can and we need to improve continuously the way we deliver care, and shape the patient experience

  • Prioritization Skills – In this multifaceted role, strong prioritization and time management skills are crucial. You will be tasked with juggling various responsibilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal patient satisfaction.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from 120K-140K depending on experience.
