This role serves as the primary clinical representative at customer sites, ensuring successful system implementation, clinician readiness, and long-term client confidence.
This is a travel-intensive, customer-facing role, ideally suited for a nurse or clinical professional with hands-on experience deploying medical devices in live clinical environments. Prior TMS experience is not required; however, clinical deployment and training experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment & Installation Support
- Travel to client sites to support clinical deployment and go-live of Ampa systems.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure systems are properly installed, tested, and ready for clinical use.
- Serve as the on-site clinical expert during initial implementation, ensuring readiness across staff and workflows.
Training & Clinical Education
- Deliver hands-on training to clinical and technical staff on system operation, daily workflows, and patient treatment processes.
- Train physicians and providers on clinical use, treatment setup, and best practices (protocol specifics provided by Ampa).
- Adapt training style to diverse audiences, delivering clear, confident, and professional clinical education.
Qualifications:
Required
- Clinical background strongly preferred (e.g., RN, LPN, neuro/psych technician, or other hands-on clinical role).
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical deployment, clinical training, or customer-facing medical device role.
- Proven experience supporting live clinical environments during system rollout or go-live.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain clinical and technical concepts to both medical and non-medical audiences.
- Highly professional, polished presence with physicians, clinic leadership, and healthcare staff.
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a travel-heavy role.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50–70%+), including occasional short-notice travel.
Preferred (Not Required)
