We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our phone-based triage team. You’ll manage complex patient calls—ranging from a few minutes to an hour—helping patients navigate care, prioritize urgent needs, and get connected with the right provider.
Remote after first 2 weeks of onsite training!
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct telephone triage using evidence-based nursing protocols
- Assess and prioritize urgent medical needs
- Collect and document accurate patient information in the EMR
- Provide clinical guidance and health education
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain patient privacy and documentation accuracy
- Deliver compassionate, unbiased care to diverse patients
What We’re Looking For:
- BSN and active Texas RN license (compact accepted)
- 3+ years RN experience in Family Medicine or ER
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- (Preferred) Previous phone triage experience
Schedule & Work Model:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Onsite training for the first 2 weeks (NEO + EPIC)
- Fully remote after training
- Equipment provided
