Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring patients that are in the RPM program.
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in TN.
- MSN required.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy in patient interactions.
- 1-2 years experience in Nephrology helpful.
