Memorial Primary Care (MPC), part of Memorial Healthcare System, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team. The provider will primarily care for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care under the general supervision of a physician. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative services, as well as conducting follow-up and health maintenance visits in alignment with established standards of care. The selected provider will also compile and present patient histories, physical assessments, evaluations, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner to support clinical decision-making.

Candidates must hold either a national Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification or a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) from an ARC-PA accredited program with appropriate PA Certification. A Florida license, along with BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, is required by the date of hire. Primary Care experience with adult patients (18+) is required, and a minimum of three years of primary care experience is preferred.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), with no weekend or call expectations. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, with professional malpractice and medical liability covered under sovereign immunity.
