  • Ensure offshore curation teams are effectively trained and demonstrate strong understanding of curation rules, SOPs, and operational processes.
  • Develop and update training materials and documentation, as needed to support onboarding and ongoing performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for onshore data curation questions related to clinical content, standards, and workflows.
  • Partner with the Associate Director of Data Curation to support disease onboarding, data model development, eCRF design, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Data Curation Operations teams to ensure data quality standards are met and study milestones are achieved.
  • Partner with Product teams to incorporate new product features, system enhancements, and workflow changes into curation SOPs and training materials.
  • Support Product by performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing proactive, constructive feedback to improve tools and usability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical content governance, documentation, and training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in clinical data management, data curation, clinical operations, or real-world data environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, clinical content standards, training programs, and operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data models, eCRFs, and disease-specific curation requirements.
  • Experience training and supporting offshore or global operations teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and instructional design skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
