We’re proud to be recognized—again!  For the fourth year in a row, we’ve Watch this Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for incoming referrals, professionally handling phone calls and coordinating Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Health referrals that support injured workers and healthcare partners. You’ll play an important role in ensuring accurate referral creation, timely communication with internal teams, and exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers’ compensation environments, along with strong organizational skills, medical terminology knowledge, and a commitment to confidentiality and quality. This position is fully remote and offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST.
