POSITION SUMMARY: This position works directly with Contact Center agents to assess and triage immediate health concerns over the phone.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum five years applicable clinical experience.
  • Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and proven technical aptitude. Ability to navigate a Windows based environment and create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word. Ability to navigate Outlook and conduct Internet searches.
  • Coaching, motivational interviewing and/or decision support experience.
  • Experience in a telephonic role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment
