Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some meetings and work to occur outside of those hours. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. Prior experience in Oncology is preferred.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager – Oncology to:
- Direct and evaluate the department’s workforce including staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, expenses, and revenue estimates.
- Utilize data and metrics to lead the day-to-day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
- Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
