Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire 
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Resides within 1 hour of Lubbock, TX (Covenant Medical Center)
  • At least 2 years of RN experience
  • At least 2 years of RN-Med Surg experience
  • With hospital or inpatient experience
  • With EPIC inpatient experience
  • With Microsoft Office (Teams and SharePoint) experience).
  • Comfortable with multitasking and using multiple programs at once

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
