In this role, you will provide care for patients with a range of men’s health concerns, with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating hormone-related conditions in male patients. The primary focus of this role is delivering synchronous care through video visits, with some additional asynchronous care as needed.

Providers must reside in the continental US to access the Hims & Hers platform.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary.
Uphold unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
Evaluate and manage patients requiring testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Requirements:
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AG-ACNP, ACNPC-AG etc.)
Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances in one of the following states: KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV
Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Family, Acute Care, Adult Gerontology
3+ years of applicable experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training
1+ years of previous telehealth experience (synchronous telehealth experience is a strong plus)
Actively licensed in more than 5 states
Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Comfortable providing care synchronously via video
No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing
Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
Caring, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
