I. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
These include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Work closely with Medical Records personnel to complete medical records request.
- Reviewing files and records to maintain compliance via Clinical Record Review.
- Emailing branch or authorization nurse when items are needed to be corrected.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize medical record requests by importance & dates.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to audit.
- Excellent customer service required, and the ability to handle customers in a calm, professional, friendly, and patient manner.

- Medical Records Associate.

III. Education And Experience Specifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Active LVN license in the State of Texas.

Pay Range : $23-$27/hr
