Our company is an accessible, one-stop-shop where patients are connected virtually with specialized physicians/NPs, physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and health & wellness coaches who use a team-based approach to care to create a superior clinical experience and arm patients with the tools to become self-managers of their own pain experience and broader health.
We are recruiting a nurse practitioner licensed in New York to join our team and provide care to patients in need. Credentialing with Emblem Health a plus.
This is a fully remote position.
Competitive telehealth compensation.
