The Clinical Policy Lead Analyst will create and maintain technical assessments and evidence-based policy for non-molecular lab program through evaluation of published literature.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Utilize surveillance pipeline to track new non-molecular diagnostic tests
- Serve as primary author of evidence-based non-molecular policy
- Assist with independently producing technical assessments of new non-molecular diagnostic tests
- Maintain non-molecular policy library and associated technical assessments through regular assessment and update
- Present annual updates and rationales to internal Medical Advisory Committee
- Present annual updates to clients as part of Clinical Update Presentations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
- A minimum of 3 + years of experience in literature evaluation and peer-reviewed publications
- Background in medical writing, a plus
Must be able to:
- work with other team members to achieve team goals
- be self-motivated to initiate, lead and complete work in complex areas without supervision
- use independent judgment to manage confidential information
- demonstrate excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- develop content which can be utilized and understood by health plans and providers
- demonstrate mastery of MS Office suite, Excel, literature search engines

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 71,900 – 119,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
