Compensation Range:

$92,061.00 – $119,704.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

In an outpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing’s visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership

FT position available (40 hours) primarily days

Exciting opportunity to collaborate with urology leadership team and nursing in operations of the several regional/offsite urology clinics.  . Ideal candidate should foster leading an interdisciplinary team in all aspects of clinic workflow, HLD and patient care, at several off site/regional locations: Dansville, Wellsville, Rochester (3), Batavia, Brockport (or Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, Rochester, Batavia and Brockport.  The Assistant Nurse Manager in collaboration with the Nurse Manager is accountable for daily operations in busy hospital and private based clinics and procedural areas. Excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and commitment to high quality patient care. Must have strong communication skills and experience with staff development.  Hospital procedural activity (Article 28) a plus but not required. Applicants will have 3 years’ experience as a RN in Urology, General surgery, or comparable specialty experience preferably in an Ambulatory care setting.  1 – 3 years previous experience in Nursing Management preferred. Bachelor’s Degree required.
