About the Role

As a Remote Cardiac Device Clinician, you will provide specialized clinical and technical expertise in the management of Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs). Working alongside electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and clinic teams, you’ll independently review and interpret remote device transmissions, evaluate arrhythmias, analyze device performance, and help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care.

This highly specialized role requires advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and extensive knowledge of cardiac rhythm management and remote monitoring technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Independently review, interpret, and manage remote CIED transmissions.
• Analyze device diagnostics, arrhythmias, and overall device function.
• Communicate findings with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and clinic staff through clear, accurate, and professional documentation.
• Maintain remote monitoring schedules in accordance with industry best practices and CV Remote Solutions standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows that enhance clinic efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Navigate multiple remote monitoring platforms with accuracy and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and all applicable privacy and security standards.
• Deliver exceptional service while supporting our mission of improving cardiac device patient care.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent clinical program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Cardiac Device management to include remote monitoring across the 4 main manufacturers (Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, and Biotronic)
• Strong knowledge of CIED remote monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Technology Adaptability: Demonstrates a high level of comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and effectively use new software, systems, and digital tools. 
• IBHRE Certification required or willingness to obtain certification within testing window offered by IBHRE.
