Shift times: Monday-Friday, (8am-4pm ET or 9am-5pm ET // flexible scheduling)
Perm pay: $140,000 – $170,000/year
JOB DESCRIPTION
A startup healthcare client in the San Francisco area is looking to hire an RN Case Manager. In this role, you will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), review and sign off on care plans, maintain clinical quality standards, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines. You’ll play a critical role in bridging patient care, clinical operations, and compliance, ensuring our patients receive consistent, proactive, and coordinated support between visits. This is a fully remote role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Active FL license or NLC multistate License
2+ years of clinical neurology experience
MUST HAVE experience working with Alzheimer’s / dementia patients
Chronic Care Management experience
Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
NICE TO HAVE
Medicare documentation and billing
Multistate licensure
Experience working remotely
