Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to clients seeking immediate mental health support. Working in collaboration with our psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare professionals, you’ll help ensure coordinated, empathetic care through virtual or in-person settings. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team dedicated to advancing mental wellness for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and personalized nursing care to clients in alignment with best practices
Accurately execute physician’s orders and coordinate healthcare services
Perform essential nursing duties including temperature and blood pressure readings
Conduct detailed medical and medication history interviews with clients and families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
Monitor and manage Medical Administration Records (MARs) and Prior Authorizations (PAs)
Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and medical-related inquiries
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or
Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of Missouri
Additional Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual clinic setting
Passion for supporting mental and behavioral health clients with empathy and professionalism
