Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials

  • Develop, validate, and maintain data management tools and systems

  • Collect and analyze data to ensure data integrity review and reconciliation

  • Manage queries and perform medical coding applying quality criteria since the beginning of the Data Management process

  • Prepare for database lock in compliance with our company Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in any field, preferably in health sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biological sciences, or related healthcare data sciences)

  • Advanced level of Excel proficiency

  • Proficiency in English

  • 2 years of work experience in any field

  • Self-motivated with excellent work planning and time management skills

  • Able to apply Critical Thinking to complex and ambiguous scenarios

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment with flexibility

  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and business areas

Preferred

  • Proficiency in other languages

  • Background in data analytics
