Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end data management activities pertaining to clinical trials
Develop, validate, and maintain data management tools and systems
Collect and analyze data to ensure data integrity review and reconciliation
Manage queries and perform medical coding applying quality criteria since the beginning of the Data Management process
Prepare for database lock in compliance with our company Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree completed in any field, preferably in health sciences (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, biological sciences, or related healthcare data sciences)
Advanced level of Excel proficiency
Proficiency in English
2 years of work experience in any field
Self-motivated with excellent work planning and time management skills
Able to apply Critical Thinking to complex and ambiguous scenarios
Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment with flexibility
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and business areas
Preferred
Proficiency in other languages
Background in data analytics
