The Role: The Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of surgeon, staff, and sales team training of the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System. The primary responsibility will be the support of early learning curve procedures for newly trained accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Train surgeons and their teams on the use of the Yomi Robotic Guidance System.
- Instill best practices amongst customers and sales team on the use of Yomi.
- Work with the Director of Clinical Education to develop a training curriculum for new and existing accounts.
- Provide field clinical case support to new Neocis customers through training and education.
- Play a key role in launching new accounts through strategic planning and execution of training and on-boarding protocols.
- Decrease time to productivity for new accounts.Work with Training Team in planning and executing internal training events. Work with Clinical Sales Representatives, Clinical Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager to ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts.
- Coordinate planning and execution of internal education events.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify and rectify design and manufacturing issues.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of field training experience
- Experience in a clinical environment using complex medical devices
- Comfortable working with medical professionals as well as sales, marketing, and engineering
- Ability to explain complicated technical information in simple terms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience with implementing disruptive technology
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis (75%)
- Experience with Google Docs
- Clean driving record required
- Experience with medical devices that involve a significant software component
- Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging
- Start-up experience preferred
- Dental and/or private practice experience preferred
What else?
- This is not a supervisory role
- The position will require 75% travel in and out of state

- This position requires the regular use of the Yomi robot
- Prolonged periods working on a computer
