AT A GLANCE

The Clinical Education and Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering educational programs and training initiatives to clinical staff. This role ensures that healthcare professionals are equipped with the latest knowledge, skills, and best practices to provide high quality patient care and comply with regulatory requirements.

SCHEDULE

  • Primary Hours: This is a remote position with core working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).
  • Flexibility: While the standard schedule is 8-5, the employee must be flexible to adjust their hours occasionally to accommodate:
    • Mandatory training sessions
    • Business priorities or meetings that may fall outside the regular schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education and training programs tailored to our Wellos Care products and services.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and update educational content.
  • Deliver training sessions through multiple modalities, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and simulation exercises.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to make continuous improvements.
  • Ensure all educational materials comply with current clinical guidelines, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to clinical staff to promote professional development and competency maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Stay current with advances in clinical practice, adult learning theories, and healthcare regulations to inform education strategies.

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Registered Dietitian, or other comparable degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the clinical field
  • Clinical licensure or certification relevant to the healthcare discipline is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency or experience with the Athena EHR platform
  • Experience in case management and or quality assurance  
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering clinical education and training programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with knowledge base platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
