What We Need
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing clinical programs and initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. This Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that clinical programs align with organizational goals and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of clinical programs designed to improve patient outcomes, enhance healthcare delivery, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to support clinical program objectives, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align clinical program goals with organizational priorities.
- Assist operations teams with processing of orders related to the clinical program.
- Monitor program performance, track milestones, and make adjustments to ensure programs meet objectives and deliver desired results.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of clinical activities, ensuring that patient care and clinical outcomes are properly tracked and recorded.
- Act as a point of contact for all inquiries related to clinical programs and services, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.
- Design and implement training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure they are up to date on best practices, program procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What You Need

- Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, RRT, CRT or other clinical certifications) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Studies, or related field preferred. Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare, DMEPOS, or medical device environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical program management, healthcare management, or a related field, with a strong background in patient care or clinical operations.
- Previous experience in managing clinical teams, developing clinical programs, and driving quality improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.

- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
