Work includes, but is not limited to, tracking and analyzing data, evaluating program quality and efficiency, database management oversight, and organizing activities and management of projects related to the strategic plan. Participates in collaboration with the leadership team in the review and analysis of patient quality and safety events.</p><p>Responsibilities:<br />* Performs the collection, coding, validation and analysis of data. Design and perform data collection to facilitate performance improvement activities, trend reports, and research. Develop and collaborate on approved initiatives.<br />* Collaborate with the program manager and senior director to implement quality filters, audits, and case reviews; identify trends and sentinel events.<br />* Support the program manager and senior director in conjunction with the multidisciplinary care team to facilitate the development, implementation, and progressive growth of quality care within the hospital system.<br />* Provide support in research projects including data collection and analysis. Participate and support protocol design that facilitates accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
