We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. What You’ll Be Doing
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes” role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.
We are looking for a Clinical Response Specialist who is the front door for ERC Pathlight, inviting patients into a community consisting of a full continuum of care that provides expert behavioral health and medical treatment in an environment of compassion, competence, collaboration, and integrity. This role will help to manage calls and correspondence on a national level by completing brief intake screens that demonstrate sharp clinical knowledge and skills, all while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers seeking care with ERC Pathlight

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to clinical inquiries in a validating, timely, inclusive and comforting fashion.
- Present Eating Recovery Center program information in a comprehensive and welcoming manner.
- Collect complete information regarding the inquiry, including clinical, professional collaboration and insurance.
- Demonstrate detail-oriented work through the necessary documentation, communication and coordination of admission to the ERC Pathlight community.
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 1+ year of role-specific relevant experience in eating disorders treatment and admissions required.
- Superb customer service skills.
- Knowledge of phone systems.
- Advanced computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Compensation starting range for the Clinical Response Specialist role is $23.00 to $29.00. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
