As a Clinical Sales Enablement Manager – Orthopeadics Instruments you will role play a critical part in shaping the future of our Orthopedics commercial organization by leading the design and delivery of world-class sales education programs. The successful candidate will oversee a team dedicated to elevating sales effectiveness through dynamic, clinically grounded, and customer-focused training experiences. By blending deep orthopedic product knowledge with innovative learning strategies, this leader will ensure our sales teams and channel partners are fully equipped to articulate value, drive adoption, and advance our mission of improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge orthopedic solutions.

Travel Percentage: 70%
