Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the implementation and clinical success of ReDS™ technology within the Northeast region. This role is remote with approximately 70% travel to customer sites. The Clinical Specialist will lead clinical onboarding, provide technical and educational support, and drive ongoing utilization across hospitals and clinics. This highly customer-facing role requires strong clinical presence, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation of ReDS™ technology at customer sites
- Provide clinical and technical support during and after implementation
- Train healthcare teams on proper use and clinical workflows
- Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues during deployments
- Build strong customer relationships through service and education
- Support account success and repeat utilization
- Travel up to 70% within assigned Northeast territory
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Exceptional communication and clinical presentation skills
- Strong operational and troubleshooting ability (clinical + technical)
- Customer-first mindset focused on education and service
- Experience delivering clinical training or education to healthcare teams
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple regional sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology and/or heart failure environments
- Experience in healthcare or medical device clinical support roles
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + commission (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Competitive medical, retirement, and additional benefits package
- Work Model: Remote with ~70% travel within the Northeast region
