Program Development and Implementation:Build and launch a scalable clinical training program tailored for in-person and virtual Content Creation and Delivery:Design engaging, evidence-based training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning Competency Management and Quality Assurance:Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing Platform Design and Optimization:Identify and leverage learning management systems (LMS) or training tools to house content, track progress, and measure Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with clinical leadership, operations, compliance and People to align training with organizational
