About the Role:
We’re looking for nurses who are friendly, proactive healthcare professionals to serve as local ambassadors for Birthly, helping us connect with OB/GYN clinics, hospitals, and community health centers across Tennessee. In this role, you’ll build relationships with care teams, share resources about our free virtual childbirth classes, and help improve access to prenatal education in your region. This is a great fit for an OB RN or someone with a background in maternal health who’s passionate about supporting families beyond the bedside.

What You’ll Do:
- Visit OB/GYN clinics, birthing hospitals, and public health sites in your assigned area
- Share educational materials and explain how Birthly’s free, virtual classes can support patients
- Host short, engaging info sessions with nurses, providers, and support staff
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, checking in regularly and answering questions
- Track site visits, gather feedback, and flag any opportunities to better support families
Who You Are:
- A licensed RN/LPN/LVN (ideally with OB or perinatal experience), health educator, or clinical professional interested in outreach and community health
- Passionate about health equity and patient education
- Maternal/child education experience/passion/focus
- Comfortable speaking with clinical teams and presenting in small group settings
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your schedule independently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to travel daily within your assigned territory; 30% overnight travel/70% day travel
- Basic tech skills (email, Excel or simple tracking tools, calendar management)
- Customer service/patient experience skills
- RN license or relevant clinical background (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
