Pay Range:

$39.60 – $59.40

A successful candidate’s actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Coordinator-Clinical Digital Learning to join our team. The Coordinator-Clinical Digital Learning administrates online educational platforms used for clinical colleagues across the HSHS system. The Clinical Digital Learning Coordinator develops, maintains, and evaluates online education content and modalities to ensure effective and efficient use of resources. This role leads the efforts to create innovative education solutions using sound instructional design methodologies, current technologies and effective project management to meet organizational product development goals.

o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • 4 years working in a clinical healthcare setting is required.
  • 2 years of education and/or training development experience is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
