EVERSANA has partnered with Sun Pharma for a field-based team within their Cutaneous Oncology Business Unit. The Cutaneous Oncology CNE is a licensed nurse with oncology and/ or immunology expertise who will support the upcoming U.S. launch of UNLOXCYT (cosibelimab), a novel PD-L1 inhibitor for advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC). The field based CNE will serve as a clinical and educational resource to Infusion Center Care Teams in support of UNLOXCYT (cosibelimab).
This is a field-based role within the Cutaneous Oncology Business Unit designed to educate, equip, and empower healthcare professionals and infusion site personnel on the safe, effective, and confident use of UNLOXCYT.
In this role, the CNE will:
Serve a the clinical on-label subject matter expert regarding UNLOXCYT’s multifaceted mechanism of action, administration protocol, safety profile and clinical benefit
Support infusion site readiness by training nursing staff, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers on product handling, AE management, and patient navigation
Identify and respond to educational needs within assigned accounts and provide onboarding support to new prescribers or sites of care. Provide support to infusion center health care team members to facilitate understanding of immuno-oncology principles, infusion/injection techniques, adverse event recognition, and drug–drug interactions
Work closely with Sun Pharma’s commercial teams to ensure alignment on strategic account planning and targeted execution
Represent Sun Pharma professionally at local, regional, and national industry meetings
Utilize clinical insights and HCP feedback to inform and shape local field tactics and national strategy
Compliantly engage with patient advocacy organizations to support educational efforts that enhance disease awareness and treatment understanding
Collaborate with Sun stakeholders to help develop internal training materials and contribute to field force education and clinical acumen
Collaborate with fellow CNE colleagues to ensure seamless territory coverage and shared responsibilities as appropriate • Understand and continuously assess the healthcare landscape
Utilize analytics to develop CNE clinical education plans for HCP education.
Evaluate the effectiveness of CNE clinical education engagements; respond and shift quickly to bridge any gaps, supporting new and ongoing educational needs

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Education & Credentials
Active RN license required
BSN required; MSN, or other advanced nursing degree (NP, APRN, DNP) strongly encouraged
Clinical experience in hospital or clinic setting 5 years minimum
OCN/AOCN/AOCNP certification desirable; or willingness to complete within 18 months of employment
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years clinical oncology/immunology nursing experience; infusion experience strongly preferred
2+ years’ experience in a field-based nurse educator or commercial educator role preferred
Experience with oncology biologics, immunotherapies, or buy-and-bill products strongly preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to translate complex science into engaging, patient-focused, and actionable content
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Familiar with PHRMA & Sunshine Act Reporting requirements
Competencies:
Ability to learn new subject matter quickly and comprehensively
Exhibit Emotional Intelligence and maintain positivity in the face of ambiguity
Demonstrate drive, initiative, and willingness to work with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Other Requirements:
Must reside within territory
Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel
Travel is required and varies by geography. Therefore, candidates must be able to drive and have a valid license.
Willingness to comply with vendor credentialing criteria, including vaccination requirements at health care facilities
