About the job

The Expert Nurse Reviewer’s primary role is to conduct a clinical review of all-cause harm events to determine whether an adverse event occurred.


Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field (Master’s prepared preferred). Further, Pascal requires:

  • Registered Nurse with preferably at least six (6) years of critical care, procedural and/or emergency department experience in a hospital setting.
  • Experience in evaluating and applying research utilization and evidence-based practice in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
  • Experience in clinical review, with a strong understanding of adverse event identification, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with a review of EHR data for adverse event abstraction, preferably with at least Epic or Cerner experience.


This is a part-time remote position working Saturday and Sunday with potential for additional hours during the week and on holidays. Individual must reside in the United States.
