About the job

Schedule: Fully Remote, Monday – Friday, roughly 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, weekend support for patient message assistance and coordination.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $90,000- 115,000 annually

As our team grows, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fertility RN to join our patient-centered, supportive, and mission-driven clinic. The RN will work closely with our physician, embryologists, and administrative staff to coordinate and manage all aspects of patient care throughout the fertility process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care throughout fertility treatment cycles (IUI, IVF, monitoring, ovulation induction, etc.)
  • Perform patient education on medications, treatment protocols, injection administration, and cycle expectations
  • Administer and review fertility-related medications, injections, and laboratory results
  • Triage patient questions and concerns via phone, portal, and in-person visits
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate any concerns to the care team
  • Assist with procedures including ultrasound, blood draws, Saline Infusion Sonograms (SIS), and Intrauterine inseminations (IUIs).
  • Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR system (i.e., nABLE)
  • Provide emotional support and education throughout all stages of the fertility journey
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Fertility RN coordinator
  • Current RN license in the state of Missouri and Illinois (or compact license)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for working in women’s health, fertility, and reproductive medicine
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and comfort with fertility-related protocols and procedures
  • Compassionate, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic clinic setting
  • Ability to work efficiently and follow precise instructions

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) protocols
  • Phlebotomy and ultrasound support experience a plus
